In my opinion, KGC still has a good beer selection. They still seem to be doing pretty good business.

Generally, I am right with you on Magic Hat beers. But, I had the Roxy Rolles at KGC the other night, and I was quite impressed with it. Try it if you haven't already, think you'll enjoy it.

After conferring with Ernie about my last brew, we both agree that the likely culprit was aeration of the wort while it was still hot. I will take measures to prevent this from happening in the future.

I checked out your website, and I was delighted to find a "how-to guide" on using a conical fermenter. It opened my eyes to a couple of things that I may have missed for the first couple of brews.
