(Breitbart 2-3 times a day) I like reading their reviews but I do avoid this OWS crap, which has made its way on the site but still represents a small sliver of the total package. Mainly it's reviews and updates on the obscure bands that I enjoy reading. Yes its pretentious but it does do a good job of exposing bands that wouldn't normally see the light of day due to FM radio, MTV, and Rolling Stone/Spin esentially checking out on the whole concept of promoting new and different artist. It has become somewhat a gate keeper of late on what is good/ not good, but they normally link to the music so you can judge it yourself. Lee, whats with the knock on Modest Mouse? He is a man that believes in conservative values but seeks to enforce them through nonconservative means. Outside of the appointment process and impeachment, Congree has no authority to have a sitting Judge account for their decsisions. The seperation of powers and 200 years of legal jurisprudence since Marbury v. Madison has provided that the Supreme Court has the authority to declare laws unconsitutional. If the Executuive does not want to enforce the descision then he does not have to although he will face the Congress and the public for that decsision. Also if the Congress believes that the courts are acting outside of the constitution then there is the impeachment process. If we the people don't like lifetime appointments then amend the constitution.
