<title>Disruptive Leadership : Will the iPad disrupt the Kindle? </title>
<link>http://www.disruptiveleadership.com/2010/02/04/will-the-ipad-disrupt-the-kindle/#IDComment55972789</link>
<description>Just like the Nano has its niche, so will the iPad but it is obviously not as a business productivity tool. Neither is the Kindle for that matter but at least the iPad is a multifunction device. I predict the next Generation Kindle will look and feel &amp;quot;a lot&amp;quot; like an iPad. In fact, it seems Amazon just purchased Touchco to that end. On another note, I don&amp;#039;t have an iPhone but I do have an iPod touch which I am very happy with and therefore have no incentive to go either iPad or Kindle. So... as a consumer, I&amp;#039;m going to wait and see what happens as Apple and Amazon battle this out. In the end, I&amp;#039;ll go with the best &amp;quot;multifunction&amp;quot; device on the market... After all, you can get Amazon eBooks from either company and that is only a small portion of what I would want the device for anyway. </description>
