Apparently, you are like many others on the left; the truth is what you say it is, not what can be proven with fact. Typical.

David Duke has lately been cited by folks on the left as a reference for proof that Israel is an apartheid state. So much for your knowledge of truth.

There is a difference between anti-government and anti runaway government. Apparently you know little of what you claim.

Sorry Steve, the more you talk the more you prove you are completely clueless. Read and learn before you blather on.

Most of the pronouncements from current, prominent imams in the Middle East supports the brutality of early Islam. So, who is the authority on modern Islam, you or its major religious leaders?

Wikipedia (yeah, I know, don't trust what you read in Wikipedia) paraphrase Carl Slevin in Anarchism in The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Politics thusly:

"Anarchist schools of thought can differ fundamentally, supporting anything from extreme individualism to complete collectivism."

So, given the "complete collectivism" possibility, there is a possible relation to leftist politics. Given the GOP convention attackers weren't going after the Democrats, one might wonder.

Wow, tricky, we trend to agree on the possible candidates for the Boston bombing; this may be a first.

Ah, the good, ol' ad hominem attack, the refuge of the ill-informed.

The Austin IRS attacker was about as left-wing as you can get. You obviously have not read his manifesto in which he railed against capitalism, the man was borderline Marxist.

Read some of McVeigh's journals written while he was in prison; much of what he wrote saids very similar to what leftists in this country have been say about our involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Van Brunn, the Holocaust memorial shooter, was anti-Jew; that's not really a right-wing thing.

Kaczynski, the Unabomber, was probably more left than anything. Claiming he is conservative does not seem to be supported by his writings.

The anthrax attacks of 2001 have never solved and there is reasonable doubt that the primary suspect, Bruce Ivins, was the perpetrator. So, no one knows the political leanings of the attacker. Since no one knows, we might as well blame a right-winger seems to be your rationale.

So much for at least some of your "truth".

" white hot rhetoric and hate"... do you have this site confused with MSNBC?

I hope we find out who is responsible and prosecute them to the fullest. What I fear is that, if the bombing was jihadi motivated, the Obama administration and the media will try to down play it, kind of along the lines of the Ft. Hood shooting being "work place violence" instead of jihad.

Agreed, we can be free or we can be safe. Freedom is not safe.
