If I remove thats file (w3tc dir, advanc... etc.) all must work fine ?
That's happen only woth one WP (2.9.1) installation with many posts. With one fresh WP with the default post ( :) ) I can disable the plugin without problem. In ALL two case the WP seems to run more fast without the plugin. I try with the default W3TC settings (disk enhanced-disk-disk-origin pull) with sharing hosting (GS plan on, MediaTemple). ?!

I don't find the "manual export to CDN" button. I use a Origin Poll (mirror) like CDN Type and in the CDN Settings I put "internal-db.sXXXXX.gridserver.com" (XXXXX is my number to MediaTemple GS plan) like "Replace default hostname with". I wrong ?
