Let's look at the numbers shall we? Population of Wisconsin = 5.2 million, number of registered voters 3.2 million. number of voters who voted in elections in 2011 (including the several recalls) 55%, now if my math is correct that means they got 1.44 million active voters in the state.

That means if, and it is a very big if, they did get over 1million signatures they got 70% of the total number of active voters to sign this damn thing.

Now past performance doesn't = future results, but nobody, and I mean nobody gets 70% of anything when you are dealing with macro numbers like this, look at all the races on large state and national level in the past 50 years. a landslide is 55% at best.

So I'd say that better than half of these signatures are duplicates, dead people and fraud. So grab your popcorn and watch the crap that comes out over the next 4 weeks, you are going to be amazed!

And now that the court says the election board has to verify every one of these signatures against rolls and with the new ID law, pigs will be flying before a recall happens.

what are you talking about? the limited government crowd cries foul when a law is over turned? you give no examples and at this point I am suspect of your statements. cite facts, and there may be agreement, but it is the commie left that has taken this posture all to frequently.

sort of an un-vetted vice-regal president in my estimation. "the one" thinks too deeply and is concerned about to many important matters like lowering his handicap to hob-nob with mere mortals. and with the WH garden going full tilt, not too soon to expect to see the WH Official Curbside Farmers Market on Penn Ave either. got to stay on top of business after all!

in the 70's real estate in the USA was hitting rock bottom, and Japan Inc was in ascendancy. The Japanese started buying everything, and I mean everything, up to and including Rockefeller Center and other "national" Landmarks. the world as we knew it was coming to an end, and the USA was being bought up by foreigners! 5 years later, the "Rock" was bought back for pennies on the dollar and returned to the "all" American fold.

While, I personally don't like to see this happen on a PR basis, I think we should give the folks who do these things every day in this country a bit of credit to know when to take the money and when to buy it back. that is called profit and don't be surprised if in a few years we find DB divesting themselves from the NYSE because they have no idea how the cowboys in the good old USA do business (can you say Damiler Chrysler?) or make the rules in their favor for that matter.

nice to see them shinning light of day on the rats. why not just arrange to have them show up in the hearing room at a set time every week and ask them the same questions over and over and over? then every once in a while toss in a new zinger to add to the list. at least that way you'd have a lot of video footage to use in every new election cycle.

I just pulled my Smithsonian Membership, if that happens enough, they'll get the message. So act don't complain. Lose enough members and you might see a different institution. After all; like PBS, the government hand-out is nice but that just pays the light bill. They need a lot more cash than that to show this kind of trash.

unfortunately what the "chosen one" is doing is setting up the new congress to fail. Think the SEIU will sit still for this or the other multitudes of public unions. ain't gonna happen, and the Barry can say "well I tired but the do nothing congress failed us again with the same old, same old"
