The reason these "kids" don't care if their faces are seen is because they LAUGH at the criminal justice system. They KNOW when they turn 18 their record will be wiped completely CLEAN not a trace of any of the crimes they committed before then will be on their record and they know it. If cap and trade passes it will take an org the size of the IRS to enforce not to mention he's hiring another 17,000 IRS agents to enforce his health care bs. His health care nightmare will hire another 100,000 fed employees.

Here's a newsflash for all the liberal geniuses out there... federal employees are paid by us... the tax payer! So Barry saying he's hiring another million workers to save "us" money is ludicrous at best!

I agree in regard to welfare recipients it should be phased out and left to the private charity sector. Unfortunately once the government legitimizes something like doling out cash for having children you shouldn't have (if you can't afford them) it becomes a "right" and a whole underclass of Americans too lazy to work is formed.

The problem with the illegals is that they are working but they're not making much, or they're not claiming much because they're paid with cash, so they qualify for all of the social entitlements.

I've emailed several politicians with this suggestion.

1) Tell every employer they have 90 days to e-verify ALL of their employees. The e-verify system is already in place.

2) Tell every employer if they don't e-verify and send in the names of those working illegally they'll be fined a huge amount.

3) Tell the illegal worker they have six months to get their things in order to go home and get in line like the millions of legals that are waiting and obeying our laws.

4) Tell the legal immigrant there's a job for them if they'll take it, the one currently had by the illegal worker.

5) This way things are done in an orderly fashion, the companies get the workers they need, the legal immigrant gets the citizenship they deserve for obeying our laws.

6) Many of the illegal workers will self deport to hurry back to their home country to try and get in line for the job of another illegal worker, they'll legals getting their jobs and realize it doesn't pay to come here illegally might as well do it the right way.

They'll be saving billions by kicking the welfare recipients out! So think they'll come out a little ahead on the whole deal.

A study showed the average ILLEGAL immigrant family cost the state $40,000 more in schooling and other bennies than in taxes paid. They're 500,000 ILLEGALS in Arizona you do the math.

Not only that but a lot of the time they don't pay any taxes because they're paid in cash. Once the ILLEGALS are flushed out Arizona should collect even more tax revenue as a result.

Once it becomes evident that this enforcement works, decreases budget deficits, and increases revenue it will be replicated by other states that are suffering under the same burden.

California should especially take notes!
