I'm inclined to think this was maybe done by us to secure a better deal.
Save cash, keep the wolves from the door AND then have the freedom to negotiate getting rid of the running track after a few years? Genius move if turns out to be the case!

Also, the fact that Levy's relentless pressure on the 'final' decision made them after many months say actually that final decision was not so final, makes me think they still want it and probably will get it this time considering how influential they have been in overturning the original decision?
I say stay where we are. If the spuds want to move there we pull an Orient move and dispute how close they will be to us by moving there. After a year or 2 of the OS staying empty they will be BEGGING us to move in.
