Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Well according to the First Ammendment, she can sing what she wants ( free exercise of religion and speech) Tell me monkey brain, where does it say seperation of church and state in the First Ammendment? That first part that says "make no law respecting an establishment of religion" means that the government can't suddenly mandate we all become Protestants or Hare Krishnas
