The people are revolting! It's a good thing that BK has such a loyal user base... and that I count myself amongst them. I am certainly not going to ditch BK over this, but I hope someone over there (and I DONT mean the developers) is hearing/reading this commentary from the users. This lack of communication with your base is NOT cool. As someone suggested above, I hope that one result from this debacle is that BK implements a status page/system like Twitter. This would eliminate problems in the future. Everyone makes mistakes... just as long as we learn from them. Now if someone would just post the email addresses of those in charge at BK here so we could start an email writing campain... LOL.
