I have an idea of how to identify those who tell the truth and make clear to every voter why we need a third party. I don't, however, think that a viable third political party is going to be a reality in my lifetime unless the only people who get to vote are the people who pay taxes. Hummmm, there is a thought! The majority of voters have their hand out, and it is in my pocket. I have served my Country. I give to charities, and I pay my taxes.

Having said that, here is my idea: I propose a different "Cap and Trade" program. Each member of the Administration, the House, and the Senate is issued 3 lies. With the 4th lie they pay a penalty or pay for the use of another person's allotment of lies. Administration for my program would be performed by The Sullivan Group in (Gasp) California. At the end of the year all of the information would be made public for voters to view. Then, if one want's to vote for a known liar, go ahead. Accountability on parade...................

Glenn, Your transcript of 9/11 should be a fixture on this webpage. Not for a week or a month, but permanent.............We live in a insane Country thanks to Soros and company, and the airheads they have influenced. May they all eat **** and die. When they come for me they will be well advised to have their body armour, because they will get all of my fire power.

Keo, Christ IS about perfection, though non of us measure-up. Christainity is about our effort to measure-up in spite of our imperfection.

First let me say that your post is very well reasoned. I, for one, appreciate your thought. I think that you are right about our current government. There is nothing, however, in our Constitution about the seperation between between church and state.

Today we are governed by morons. They, despite their intentions, are providing leadership (or the lack of it) from the emotion of renvenge, and envy. Standards (let alone absoulte standards) do not exist . Justice is without foundation in their world. They are the cheerleaders for our Country to pull apart and crumble.

Personal responsibility and focus on standards of excellence will only happen with the awakining of America. I don't see that happening until "we" are not afraid to stand up to the Treasury. (IRS) They can not do this without our money. The human debris that is our congress is not going to do it. We will do it, sooner or later. My vote is for sooner...............

I have to give "it" to ya, boy. You have your move-on talking points down to a T. Just a couple of problems however. The mass graves in Iraq revealed evidence of WMD that you cannot refute, no matter how hard you try. Wiretapping was intended to protect your sorry ass. And the rich get richer because they work with their brain. I know, I know, thats a foreign concept to you.

One more thing: forgetaboutitson, this is not about you. Grow up if you can!

Ben, you are not wise enough to assume!! You should study more and post less. Here is a hint, just for you. There will never be a black uprising, except in San Francisco. I have read all of your posts and you are the problem rather that the cure that you might be if you were not so influenced by the ignorant element of our disapearing society.

Excuse me Ben. I seem to recall congressional approval the war in Iraq (Oh yes, John Kerry, who served in vietNam, voted for it, before he voted against it) as well as the approval of wiretaping of calls made from suspected terrorists to people in this Country. You might want to get your facts straight and ask your questions based on the WHOLE truth, rather than a half truth that satisfies your obvious slant.

We have a completely different point ov view regarding torture. If we can "waterboard" (not torture) one or two known terriorists and quell, at least, two more attacks, I say waterboard away! In the absence of vigiorus interrogation, in the next attack we may be viewing you or me or worst yet, our family on the 5:00 news. If we can intercept one call from overseas where we gain the intelligence to avoid a disaster, I say let's listen in.

Please compare "waterboarding" to your recent memory of people jumping from the upper floors of the World Trade Center. If you still feel the same way, you are in need of therapy.

lennyharp, I just wrote an e-mail to my daughter (who is afraid of what's coming) saying that not even Pelosi (who is mentally retarted) or Obama (who is not qualified to be a State Representative) can interfere with God's plan.

We (you and I) and the wonderful people on this 912 site must be ready to be soldiers when the time comes to stand up for America with something other than our words. His "Special Olympics" remark should have been made about his ability to be President, rather than his ability to bowl. Because, when it comes to the Special Olympics folks and the participants, Obama would fail to qualify to sit in the stands and observe.
