I agree with your sentiment ClintG. Question? When will we have our Lexington? It took a lot of anger and courage to produce the first one. Are we angry enough? People generally aren't aren't willing to make Nelson's kind of sacrifice until they have lost most everything and then have nothing to lose. Nelson feels the loss. It's not just him heading for disaster, he's got three generations of his family he's worried about. Lot's at stake. California is his home and it's being destroyed by the same infection that has hold of our national government that: doesn't listen to us. What are we going to look like 3 1/2 years from now if "o" keeps moving at the pace he is now. We will be where California is now. I don't hear our Republican representatives doing much representing. They serve self. Who cares what we think? How do we make them care what we think? Money.

Does anything more have to happen before we can say all the honor is gone? Words have meaning, and even good words can be so vacant. If honor fuels honest government then ours is running on empty. Shame on you Mr. Spector for your dishonorable conduct. There is no honor among thieves. It's the constitution. Stupid.

The president's primary responsibility is to defend the constitution against all enemys foreign and domestic.
He's been president a hundred days and he hasn't even started to do the job. Mabey he forgot. We didn't.

Just a word of support for the NRA. They are fighting the good fight. If you are not a member, be one. I am a member. This bunch of bad guys in Washington have taken our money and they are picking away at our constitutional rights that they swore on a bible to defend. They are megaliars. Go here: www.NRA.org

Hi Wes: Do you remember Chavez's comments about Bush at the U.N.? That alone makes him unworthy of recognition: By Bush or Obama. And don't get so excited. When's the last time friendship and diplomacy worked with a communist dictator? Dictators are friends with other dictators. Mabey your right. Yeh, I can see Obama being friends with Chavez.

Thoughts on the: ?stimulus bill? The congressmen who voted for the bill did not give the citizen the respect of reading, comprehending, and in debate forming honest opinion of it. Having done none of these things which are I would think required common sense rules of order; have they not forsaken their honour? To my knowledge this is true and I believe the stimulus document is void. If I am to believe that congress is representing me as a citizen; essentially working for me in my sted; then they aren't up to the job. I expect them all to behave in a professional manner. They may each represent different constituencys, but they should respect all the citizens by following proper rules of order. Why could we not file a class action lawsuit to require debate on this legislation?
They work for us don't they? Or don't they.
