The government is even more addicted to tobacco than most people are. They still subsidize it as a crop. So they help you get addicted, then they tax the stuff you're addicted to while pretending to want you to quit.

I don't know... That hard core rap was pretty convincing. You know it's one of the best ways to swing people to your point of view, get some old white dude to read a rap from a sheet of paper. It's so heartfelt. Not lame in any way at all because rapping is cool and edgy.

The whole story is based on the false premise that receiving payment for services can be equated with receiving Medicaid benefits. There are many who do turn away patients who depend on Medicaid. Unfair from the start. Par for the course.
