You'll get no thumbs up from me for perpetuating the myth that those who want less government would even care what someone does with their body, as long as we aren't forced to support their activities (e.g., pay for your poor eating habits, unpreparedness, lack of motivation, etc.).

You'll not get a thumbs down, either, because I agree that we need much more scrutiny of those who would care for the helpless.

They deserve no respect (other than the uniform) until they're qualified. Ask them. They'll agree. A qualified E-3 is more vital to a submarine than a non-qual O-anything.

While it's great that these women are making progress in the field, I think we're losing sight of a growing issue. There are more women in college then men because there are more opportunities for the fairer sex. This recession has been labelled a "mancession".
