True...i agree with that. Based on this report you cannot say people are smoking less. You can say they are purchasing less cigarettes in Iowa...but smoking less cannot be proven by this data.

lol. that's funny. So does a surveillance camera that catches you shoplifting in a store "violate" those rights too? Just because you dont like the cameras and wish you could run the red lights as much as you want - does not mean it is violating any rights.

No one is going to make you let someone borrow your car. If you dont trust the person not to speed or run red lights (or to pay you back for the ticket if they do), dont let them drive your car. It is fairly simple...
