Yep. You purchased the app using a different iTunes account. A solution to this is downloading the app from the computer while the iTunes account that's going to purchase the grave SIGNED IN. DO NOT delete the app from the iPhone/Touch since you'll delete the progress. Download from the desktop and it should let you ;)
