Hi Anne. Thanks a lot for your lovely comment. I guess with Archie it's just always been a case of the kitchen being a fun place, while at the same time making sure he understands the dangers. As long as he is supervised and using good equipment - and it remains fun - the kitchen is a great place. Good to hear your two are happy in the kitchen. Feel free to show the video to the hubby ;)

Hi Sarah, we used to have the same problem with Archie when he was dairy allergic. I would recommend serving it without the mustard and cream for the dairy allergic little one, it will still be delicious and soft and then stirring the cream and mustard in separately for whoever wants it. It will be tasty both ways, I promise you! Let me know how you get on... x

Hi Stehanie, obviously I am not a doctor but I'd happily give this to my wife if she was pregnant. All the alcohol disappears during cooking. If you are really worried, you can alway just replace the wine with some good lamb stock. Good luck!

Hi there, it's a good question. I wouldn't brown them as it adds to the work. Plus a lot of the fat is rendered away when the chops are baked. You could always trim them before putting them in the oven too. Hope the kids enjoy it ;)
