Thanks Kenneth. As I am keen on networks and their power, this interview is especially powerful. I would take the time to read the other top reviews Bob has written. They are exceptional.

Thanks for that input. I am so happy to give the organization more exposure. There will be more on them as this is the first in a series of posts. Please spread the word and, again, thanks!

Jane, good point. The current Hearst does have a daughter so she may lead. I also have a wonderful post of Mary Cassatt <a href="http://(http://www.networldingblog.com/2011/10/01/mary-cassatt/)" target="_blank">(http://www.networldingblog.com/2011/10/01/mary-cassatt/) I would love you to check out.

Your insights are real and they happen more than anyone would like but there are people out there and all you need do is follow them, listen to them and even hire them when you are able to so that you learn what the leaders are doing.

I spend my days doing just that. This year I have spent over $20,000 hiring the top leaders in social media who are authentic, caring and brilliant. Not everyone has that kind of money to spend, especially the small business owner, but one line I use for entrepreneurs that still holds true after two decades is, " Don't spend money on anything unless you absolutely have to . . .but do spend it on those things you have to."

I spend my money on great coaching from experts. They are out there and they are worth it.

Thanks Iris. I would love to know more. The idea then in the book would be for the person starting to leverage this concept through finding and building an alliance network of entrepreneurs in that space who can work together nationally and internationally to begin projects to scale the concept.

Anything you want to send me in an outline form on more details would be helpful--e.g. sites that have started to form around this idea or groups that have and the sites they are on as well as individuals who are leading this movement.

I will also have my researcher do some investigating. If the book sells big I'll come back to you to implement in some way! I am just getting a start on learning this space to bear with me as I go through the "learning curve!"
