She is so busted. You do not need an investigation because what was done here obviously violates the misdemeanor statute quoted in the article. The only thing that needs investigating is how many other times she has done this.

I feel so sorry for this woman, believe it or not. It would really be sad to have children and not have the ability to taker proper care of them. It is more sad for the children of course, but I still feel for her.

All joking aside this is a really bad idea. Drugs like Viagra, a blood flow enhancer, should be administered by a doctor or a nurse, not a "chef" student with 6 weeks of culinary training.

I think I am with Bob on this one. I think Maher is far less of a loon than most liberals. He is developing a rep in the ignorant mainstream as a loon because gets it from both sides: he is willing to be fair and balanced (sometimes) so he gets if from the left; his own values are extremely liberal so he gets it from the right. If we are going to call him a loon, I think it should be when he is making statements, versus when he is asking questions. I choose not to take the swine flu vaccine because 1) it is new 2) it has been created in reaction to hysteria. That is my choice. I have no reason to believe that it is harmful, but I have done enough product liability litigation to know that useless, and even harmful medicines get marketed every day. I do not think I will criticize Maher for wanting to ask a few questions, but he should also ask a few more about the climate change hoax he believes in.
If this is true, Limbaugh should sue Checkets now for wasting his time. I say that when someone asks you to be part of a deal, they put a certain amount into escrow with you and sign a contract with certain stipulations. If they fail to meet their obligations: show up to meetings on time; stick up for you in the deal, since they asked for you to be there; you have your attorney send a letter to the escrow company and collect your justly earned deposit. $10,000 is good enough for some, but if I were Limbaugh, I would not return a phone call for less than a half-mil in escrow. You just can't get your precious time and energy back and you should always hold others accountable for wasting your time.
