Are you kidding me? If this is made part of the abortion process how would it be without their consent? If they consent to the process, they consent to all the procedures involved.

"This is something that should be between a woman and her doctor"

and the woman should be fully informed. The ultrasound would give her a perspective her doctor couldn't provide (something the left seems to be afraid of). There's also a third party you seem to be forgetting about, so this isn't just something between a woman and her doctor.

So, abortions can be done with or without insertion of any object, the same is true for the ultrasound. I wasn't actually comparing abortion to rape. I was extending the flawed logic of the left - pointing out that if the same logic were to be applied to abortion, they would have to come to the same conclusion. The fact that either can be accomplished without insertion, doesn't change anything.
