I was at the game tonight, and Matty Taylor got sent off un nessasary cause he fell for the old trick, the bloke that he was suppose to pushed over, was fatter than Benny two pies!! but then that's how Southhampton play! they like to take a player out, or get them sent off! it's been a long time since l have heard the ref get booded so much, Phil Parkes walked past me, and agreed with us, that the ref wanted shooting! and a stone wall penalty was not given!

West Ham Till I Die : FA Cup Preview: Sheffield Wednesday v West Ham

Just read the west ham site about the Hillsborough cup game against Man U in 1964, l was at that game & every one mentions how much it rained, the stands never had any roofs on them in those days, so we all got absolutely soaked! l remember going up the hills to the ground, and thinking that there was no where flat enough to have a football pitch! l was only about 14 then! my older brother was a friend of John Layll, and when John was in S.Africa he met up with my brother and he gave him some tickets for the final at wembly, and l only found out about this a couple of years ago, my brother and his mate used the tickets without telling me!!!!! so l suffered the bloody rain for nothing!!!! LOL!

West Ham Till I Die : Please, Please, Don't Sell James Tomkins

If somebody offers 10 million for Tomkins, he will be gone.As l understand it, he's not on top wages,as the owners haven't got the money to hang on to any good players, because if they did, they could have kept Parker and got rid of Grant at the time when Martin O'neil could have taken over! but no, they didn't have the money to pay Grant off !! If they did, we would still have been in the premier now, just look at how Martin O'Neil has turned Sunderland around! Upson our old captain doesn't even warm the bench for stoke, and the man who should have been our captain for the last 2 years, is captain for Spurs!! Good eh? and all just to get 3 million and save his wages!

West Ham Till I Die : A Reason To Rethink The Olympic Stadium Move?

The owners have to sell Upton Park because they need the money, to pay the bank back, l think it was four years to pay up the rest of the money that is outsanding. l think with these owners we will get stuffed with anything that won't cost too much money ie the O S. We need new owners! some that have got the money to build a new stadium, preferably along the river in Newham or even Thurrock!! I think that that's the way we have to go! there really is no use in staying at Upton Park any more, l think that the people who live there are detatched from the football side of West Ham, most of the people who support West Ham, come from out side the area, I was originally all for the OS, but not any more.

not feeling confident about tommorrow, after the week that we have had! l don't know if l'll be bothered to go! our two friends have dropped out, so we have got 2 tickets for the Dicanio Bar, l have asked all our other friends and l can't even give them away!!!! How on earth are we going to fill a 60,000 seater stadium!!!

Not only do we need to look else where for a new home, we now need to get new owners. Its abundantly clear that the present owners do not have the money to go forward as a primership club, if they love the club as they say they do, why not free us from this charade, l'm sick of looking like a mug West Ham supporter, on and off the field, and thats all these owners seem to have made us, from the start of their ownership!! I was all for the new stadium, but not any more!! l definately won't be going there.

Walk away West Ham, this is going to rumble on for years. The meeting l went to,It was said that 90million had to be spent on the changes not 50million! l think the changes made will be to suit the OPLC and not for West Ham, so it will be a 25,000 seater not 60,000. Because of the cost, every penny spent will be scrutinised by every goverment body, along with the media and we will be made a laughing stock!! having said that,l think we are already, so walk away now!

West Ham Till I Die : Result: Player Performances v Ipswich

Part 2 The traffic was absolute chaos, some one hit me up the back sitting in the traffic, l got to the ground, dropped my wife off to meet some friends, whislt l looked for a parking space, l ended up back in East Ham and had a 20 min walk back to the ground only to miss the first 15 mins of the match, great!! Then after the game, we had a 20 min walk back to the car,and an hour to get home sitting in the traffic again, and got home at 11pm, remember l only live 8 - 10 miles away! So as far as l can see, there is no way we can stay at Upton Park. In this area of East London, there must be at least 2 million people that have moved in over the last few years. The trains, & roads are well over crowded!

Dear Aussie, I live 8 - 10 miles away from West Ham, & Tuesday night was a night mare, l have now given up driving to the stadium, because of all the parking restrictions, and after all the agro trying to get home on saturday, queuing to get the train at Upton park Station, which was about a third of a mile long & about 6/7 people deep!!! that's why l decided to drive on tuesday! Quiet a few people are saying that there was not a lot of people there! wrong!! it was packed,

l think we should all get behind Nolan,it can't be easy moving down here, wife and kids have to settle in, l bet she's giving him a ear bashing,l really think he was a good signing, just what we needed, l've seen him do more talking and getting the others players motivated in one game, then l saw Upson in two seasons. Some time's the mottivater needs insentive, not just getting on his back.

I've been looking at some of the championship games on the box,and most of them only have half filled stadiums, its good to see ours full to the brim,l wonder if thats why the refs are so unfair towards us,because we have such a following!! as some of the decisions on saturday were a joke !! unless it's stone wall, we won't get the decision go our way.
