actually if they are convicted of a felony, or drug possession crime while on section 8 they will lose the funding. Also if they live in an affordable housing network this can also happen. While it doesn't help those who live with baby momma #10 and #7 to keep off a lease, they do random inspections. If they just drug tested for all these programs before helping those we probably wouldn't have such long waiting list.
Regardless if this woman did it or not, I don't hear the parents whose children she "pas sed" complaining. As for coryalbooboo, if you really have a problem or evidence than take it up in court. If you don't like Ms. Nancy Tabor for something in your custody battle, that is not a valid point for you to come on her and say that she needs to be investigated. Otherwise every single parent not happy with something in their custody dispute would have every judge, lawyer etc investigated. Come with a better argument.
2nd hand smoke is 2nd hand smoke. If you are smoking pot or cigarettes it doesn't matter, you shouldn't expose anyone else to your smoke. Just like the pollution from your car doesn't hurt the kids any... right...
But if it were legal like say tobacco you wouldn't have a problem with it right...
If the government made it legal and sold it the way they do alcohol, cigarettes etc.. our debt would disappear a lot faster than it is.... 2nd, if you're going to do it, don't do it in front of your children. If it were legal people would, it is no different than drinking liquor/alcohol in front of the kids, you just shouldn't do it. Ms. Bevins had very little family, and at that took nearly 2 weeks to come forward and claim being a relative. Sad YES, very sad. But if this man didnt do it he has every fair chance just like someone else. They are reporting it b/c there are always 2 sides to each story. What if he is telling the truth, what if you don't want to hear his story b/c you are the culprit. Do you know his story to be false?? Well if not than I suggest you wait for the trial.

And just b/c someone has been convicted of a felony doesn't mean they are a bad person. They can change. Some felonies are BS. A person doesn't have to be an "UPSTANDING CITIZEN" everyone has the same rights in a court room. Innocent until proven guilty. I sure hope none of you get busted for a "j" or something b/c then you will become the felon, and ooops you no longer a productive member of society. Hopefully if this guy didn't do it yes he can prove it.
