The problem with moving city offices outside of the core of downtown is it diminishes the city, if you ever visit downtown Cedar Rapids - it's like a ghost town - we need to get moving again and we need to start with downtown. the center of our city. not off out in the fringes.

That's not fair. Referencing love of Cream Filled pastries doesn't address the issue that he loves all pastries creme filled or not. Donuts, éclairs, twinkes - Chet Culver does not discriminate!

But he's right - now that Ron's in office I want him to deliver on the promises he made. These politicians are always saying one thing and doing another - perhaps it's our faults - are our expectations too high?
