Since PP's primary income source is from abortions, one can also assume the condoms are leakers!

A single person can have income of $9500 and pay zero tax.. ($3700 personal exemption + $5800 standard deduction.) A family of 4 can have income of $26,400 and pay zero tax. ($3700 x4 = $14,600 + $11,600 standard deduction.)

There are a lot of reasons for some to pay no taxes. One is the college tuition tax credit found in several forms such as the hope education credit, and the life time education tax credit. Either one of these can reduce your tax burden by $2000. That plus standard or itemized deductions, and personal exemptions further reduce the tax burden.

Should one not take tax deductions or credits that are available to them? For the past four years these deductions and credits have allowed me to reduce my taxes to less than zero. I won't be as fortunate as that this year. I don't and wont pay a dime more to an out of control government than I absolutely have too.

Here is a new one an amendment to the Constitution of California, is un-constitutional. That does not compute. The amendment itself makes it constitutional.

Obama cuts payroll taxes paid by employees by 32 percent (6.2 percent down to 4.2 percent), and keeps benefits the same. Only effect would be to increase the likelihood of social security default.

Bush wants employees to invest that same 2 percent into private investments. The result of which if one averaged 7 percent return for 40 years of working would be the accumulation of $450,000 not including what they might earn from their 401k and other investments. Some how that is demonized. but not Obama's plan.

Unfortunately Democrats in the Senate are intent on killing jobs, and will reject the Keystone Pipeline. They only want "green jobs" that require heavy government subsidizing. Why would they want jobs to be created by the private sector... how silly is that. /sarc

An additional problem with the tanning tax, the salons did not have a system to handle a federal sales tax, on their POS equipment. This presented a logistics problem for them as well. Another well thought out policy by Democrats in Congress.
BTW: Obama care should be ruled unconstitutional if only because it never really passed. It was only deemed to have passed whatever that means.
