I asked it once and I'll ask it again: how many of these critics gave positive reviews to the flawed movies Avatar and Green Zone?
I guess this tool from HuffPo thought Green Zone was a great movie and a lot more truthful than Act of Valor.
I couldn't agree more with this article. Occupy Philly's few remaining trolls again tried to get back to where they were camping, with no concern that their presence alone delayed scheduled renovations of Dilworth Plaza and kept hundreds of Philadelphians out of work. And of course the Philly media glossed over this most recent incident and described them as "largely peaceful".
I left this comment on the YouTube video and I'll leave it here too. The fact that a man like this is even receiving any kind of award is a disgrace. People like him are the reason our education system is a disgrace, even though we spend more than almost any other country on education. His sole motivation as a teacher is to force his politics on his students, which isn't his job. It's ironic that he rips Paul Ryan as a shill for the "1%", yet ignores Democrats and his precious union leaders lining their pockets with union dues from laid off workers (which is ironic because I thought unions were supposed to save jobs).
Damn, beat me to it. Kudos.
After spending more time than I would like to admit countering the people who support the coward who murdered Officer Faulkner this really is refreshing to see. It gets tiring seeing people talk about this case and referring to Officer Faulkner as "a white police officer" or as fat slob Michael Moore put it "that cop" while they never hesitate to reference his murderer. Also, try doing what I do, call his murderer by his given name Wesley Cook, that really annoys the morons who say he's innocent.
Well, thankfully a president can't pardon someone convicted by a state or commonwealth.
Thanks for keeping up on this story and for exposing how phony the media can be. I would love to see how this would get covered if any other president was in office.
Seriously, this girl is f***ing insaine, just like Garofalo, so why get worked up about anything that she says. She has a very limited reach, just like Garofalo, so it's best to just ignore people like Sarah Silverman who has no sense of reality and lacks the ability to comprehend facts, just like Garofalo.
I wonder how smart Toure, or any other liberal for that matter, is when he's confronted by someone who doesn't cave to his unfounded and illogical cries of racism. Once people stop getting thrown off track by racism accusations that aren't true and continue to debate legitimate issues people like Toure, Bill Maher, Ed Schultz and Al Sharpton will quickly find themselves toiling in irrelevancy.
