<description>every 2 years you have to re-learn the windows applications/menus/options/configurations/... why do the learning of another menu structure would be more difficult if it is from Linux ?  </description>

<description>Maybe WE (the world linux users) should congratulate Russia, and offer them an unlimited support in their effort as a proof of our support. Maybe this would influence other countrys with the same concerns (a single company being able to shut a country down) to think of their vulnerabilities. Maybe ... the world would be safer....   </description>
