I suspect they don't go after Islam because the enemy of their enemy is their friend.

Would it be 'offensive' to anyone if the images depicted a child being molested or a puppy being brutalized?
How much more offensive can it be to depict all that is right and good, the Savior of humanity, the lamb of God, this way?
Where would those types who would defile what is good draw the line?
Nowhere.

...and these are the people who say conservatives "scare" them.

"Ants on the Crucifix offends not because it mocks a religious symbol but because it is a second-rate art, a trite plagiarism, a primitivism."

While this exhibit may very well 'offend' YOU because it doesn't measure up to your standards for what cutting edge art should be, in other words... it's just stupid, it offends ME because it mocks "a religious symbol", Christianity, as intended, I'm sure.
I am sick to death of the hate that festers in ignorant snobs masquerading as astute rebellious seers who only call themselves 'artists' because they want to live their perceived stereotypic degenerate lifestyle. Meanwhile, they perform as political dupes of the Left.
It would not surprise me to find out that most, if not all, of the artists who participated in this vile exhibition know next to nothing about Christianity, other than what they've seen of the most ridiculous televangelists, and have never read the entire Bible nor many other books for that matter. There is a reason "artists" such as these exist in herds.

For many are called, but few are chosen. ~ Matthew 22:14

I hope not:

"In early 2008, Pawlenty cut a radio ad with then-Arizona Janet Napolitano--"against the background of inspirational, New Age-style music"--that urged Congress to pass national curbs on greenhouse gases. A Star-Tribune article from the time noted put it this way:

Alex Carey, spokesman for Pawlenty, said the governor is convinced of the need for action. Pawlenty plans another clean energy package in the coming legislative session and has adopted renewable energy as his signature issue during his tenure leading the National Governors Association.

The ad campaign was funded by the green group Environmental Defense."

The Left was out to ruin Nixon because they held and still hold incredible disdain for him for nailing Communist spy, Alger Hiss, who was (among other to be known Communists) working for the State Department.
