Please calm down and go to the page where you entered every day. Click on the rules and read down quite a few lines where the various dates are listed. Caps are considered rude on these blogs, by the way.

David, What a beautiful home! You certainly have a flair for decorating. Were you able to offer any decorating tips for the bird family who set up housekeeping on your front porch? Thank you for sharing your photos with us.

Hi moon_lady. I asked about that window when I took the tour. The guide hadn't noticed it but it was the first day of the tour after all. I checked it myself. Yes, the window is covered with the mirror. It might have been a privacy issue so that visitors wouldn't be able to peer directly into the living room.

The front of the house faces south. The views from the loft windows are to the south and west with fabulous views of the Front Range mountains.

Stapleton is a neighborhood in Denver, rather than being a city of its own, so it won't necessarily show up in an atlas. Best of luck to your and your little doggies.

The GH and Stapleton are in the City and County of Denver rather than Douglas County.

Hi Nebraska, I think it's both actually. The coat closet backs up to the small half bath on the first landing. That area in back of the toilet is probably the techie stuff and the closet is below that. If you look at the photos, that area is very tall up to the shelf where the sculpture is. It's pretty clever if you think about it.

Thanks, zipdedoda. It sure did seem light and bright enough. The loft area is quite bright because of all those windows. It was interesting to find out that the only way to open or close the blinds up there is to use a small rod, but without a ladder, most of them would be impossible to reach. One of the other guests wondered why the shades weren't controlled remotely. The views of the Front Range are just amazing so I wouldn't want to close them anyway.
