I am a Deist. It works very well. Religions were created by humans in order to get power. They use rules and sins and all sorts of other tricks to make people comply with their power structure.

God gave us a brain and a free will and expects us to us what He gave us.Religions try to take this away in the name of power. They try to tell folks what to wear, what to eat, when to eat, how to pray, where to pray, how to believe and who to hate.
