Neither Star Wars nor Indy are Disney properties in terms of feature film rights.

Why not do a Wolverine story set AFTER the events of X-3. Bring back Ellen Page and pair Kitty Pryde with Logan, set it in Europe and position someone like Omega Red as the villain and have Logan learn something a little more about himself instead of just working towards the events of the first X-Men movie.

I'm in the minority here in a big way, but I like it - in the context of the ENTIRE costume. I like a take that is REALLY apart from Carpenter's vision. Also, Rob Zombie is better the more he actually works on a concept. He scared the shit out of me with Devil's Rejects after House of 1000 Corpses was laughably bad.

Am I the only one who thinks that Zombie should direct a prequel/origins movie about Chop-Top from Hooper's Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2? Now I think THAT would be a perfect marriage for Zombie's style.

First off Brendon, I've seen that scene in a few televesion commercials in the States.

Second, it's not a rotating exhibit on Star Wars or Sesame Street. At the National Museum of American History at the Smithsonian, they have a Popular Entertainment section wherein there are any number of rotating popular culture related items on display. I was there two months ago and Kermit the Frog, Dorothy's red slippers, and Roberto Clemente's Pirates jersey were all on display.

As an aside, the exhibit itself is a real bummer though because it is a tiny room with just a few rotating items (when I visited years ago in high school they had Archie Bunker's chair and Norm's bar stool from Cheers on display) and you have to wait about 30 minutes to walk into a tiny room and see whatever 10-12 items are on display.

The actual car in the movie was like a painting of a painting - an adaptation of Burton's batmobile that looked distinct and yet perverted, but I think that's what Shumacher was going for. I still enjoy "Forever" though, in a very, VERY weird way.

Not a good sign, maybe its just not a good script/story. And with Snyder getting torn a new one by industry pundits for the BO performance of Watchmen, people are getting cold feet.

And Peter, I like Emily Browning too! Forget Ghost Ship, did you see her in Lemony Snicket? THAT's what made me believe she would be great for this.

I really didn't mind the first few episodes - it was smart, episodic, sci-fi IMO, that harkened back to an 80s paradigm of storytelling (like the original Knight Rider or Automan or Street Hawk - anyone remember those?). Not everything has to be LOST or BSG in terms of mythology. In fact, some shows, ahem Heroes, can really suck big time when they try to make a mythology and end up tripping over their own plotlines, constructs, and character arcs. That being said, the last few episdoes KICKED ASS.
