It's not the person parking that gets ripped off: it's the lot owner. The person parking pays under normal rates, the scammer uses someone else's credit card and then the owner gets denied payment.

That's how stock prices work: They take into account the present value of estimated future earnings plus the residual value of the company. Unless MSFT does something to change their growth trajectory or revolutionize their business, these earnings were already taken into account in the stock price. That's why most mature companies aren't valued as growth companies and instead pay out a systematic dividend, that's where the earn is on mature stable companies.

That's not at all what they are asking. They are asking for it to be illegal for someone to ask them to stop doing something legal. Let's frame the same concept another way: Should smokers be allowed to file complaints against people that ask them to stop smoking when they are doing it legally?

You don't need more legislation, just stand up for your rights and grow thicker skin.

Not if they let you keep opening up new ones. Do the math on this one - if you charge $800 per month for daycare per child, they are grossing around $20K per month. To underfeed, ignore, neglect and use punishment that some people disagree with without regard to the parents normal rule enforcement consequences.

Sadly, they will probably open a new business or have another already running. We don't need a 'No Fly List', we need a 'No More Business Licenses For You' list.
