im sorry harry. there is no cure for gout. there is only gout management. :(

it is a fact that i have come to terms with.

low purine diet, is avoiding food under To Avoided and Moderation, eat everything else. and continue keeping yourself hydrated.

just continue avoiding those in moderation and to be avoided at all cost. keep yourself hydrated. my uric acid count is at 9.5 constant.

listen to your doctor, cuz everyone gout sufferer react differently to different food. your doctor will have a better idea of your body condition.

the thing about wheat bread, rice & noodle is the carbo & sugar content they have, if not processed by the body, the by-products are as harmful and go on to become uric acid, which is what we, as gout sufferers are trying to reduce. moderation is key.

yeah any products from soy is to be avoided. its one of the things i missed most. lolx sigh

if you stand too long, even with low uric acid levels, your foot will naturally swell. if you already have a prior case of gout, the two will combine to cause pain.

it would be good if you can actually specify clearly what you mean by spamming. From what im doing, i am clearly promoting other blogs which either discusses suffering from gout or working on the low purine diet.

it does help to be specific. i certainly know for sure that i don't go around spamming my own site.
