GM should have filed for bankruptcy months ago, or even last year. The UAW has given millions to Obama and his campaign during his run for Presidency... is it interesting to anyone that now the UAW will get a huge stake in the company? Obama bailed out the company to give the UAW stake in it. The UAW KNEW that if GM filed bankruptcy, GOOD BYE UAW. They went to Obama, and Obama set them up for ownership. The auto task force had no premise to save GM, but rather save the UAW. This is a dirty scheme run by the Obama administration. And now that the UAW will own a huge portion of GM, the Government will now own an even bigger chunk.... which gives them complete control over EMISSIONS. The pieces all seem to fit way to nicely... hmmm.... and I wonder what Rick Wagnor would have done? Stopped the UAW and Government perhaps? But NOPE! Obama unconstitutionally fired him. American capitalism is now dead, and Obama "capitalism" (Socialism) is now here.

I have a friend who works for the Government (that is all I will say) and she said we have two national secuirty problems in the United States. One, is the Mexican government is on the brink of failure, and Iran. Letting Iran develop nuclear weapons is like letting a drug addict create meth, if he promises NOT to use it. What is the point of making meth if you dont want to use it or sell it to other drug addicts? Same is Iran. Why let them make nuclear weapons, or the technology for it? Doesnt anybody realize whats going on? WHY WOULD IRAN WANT NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY? "Oh, its for ENERGY!" You mean to tell me, they want nuclear energy when they are sitting on oil fields after oil fields? Really? It seems pretty obvious to me... the only reason they want nuclear technology is TO MAKE NUKES.

This is what is going on in this country. The definition of "liberty" or "freedom" has been altered. It has been altered to mean "do whatever I want." Or in terms of the government, "Do whatever I want, because the people are too stupid to do it themselves." Barney Frank is proposing to limit my earnings, because he deems that money could be used better else where. He is doing what HE wants, not what the people want. Since when did Barney Frank (or the entire government for that matter) know what needs or wants my family and myself want? Capping salaries is redefining what freedom is. If such laws pass, this government has stepped onto the horizon of full fledged socialism and broken the very constitution that created it Barney Frank is an enemy to the people, but an ally to the Government.

When I heard this news, I was stunned. Absolutely stunned. I used to live Michigan, and have been to GM's headquarters. That company is (was) the ONLY thing keeping Detroit from being a ghost town. They have donated MILLIONS to help stop some of the problems that plague Detroit and Michigan.

The UAW did this to GM. The Obama administration is pro-union, and will only allow the union to grow and bloodsuck GM more and more. I mean seriously, is Obama BLIND??? How can ANY company possibly keep up with the bloodsucking UAW demanding outrageous benefits for forklift drivers, who may or may not have graduated high school? I have met union members working for GM, driving forklifts since they got out of highschool, and make 150k + with 401K's and health benefits that eclipse anything else I have ever seen. Really? Im forking out money and time to attend college and MIGHT make that much. Might. Obama is in bed with the UAW, no doubt.

The CEO of GM is not the problem. The UAW is. There is no WAY that the American auto companies can continue to function and compete with the foreign companies with the outrageous demands of the UAW. The UAW is the reason for American car companies failing. The cars themselves may lack the quality "feel" that some of the foreign cars have (until recently anyway, GM has really stepped it up) but they are in no way that inferior to the foreign models as many people believe they are. I do believe that GM needs to downsize, but the UAW is to blame, period. Unions served their purpose long ago, but we have laws in place that protect workers. I dont believe in unions, and never will. THE UAW IS TO BLAME

One of the most basic parts of our country, is our individuality. Our desire to be set apart from other nations. If we become a world power in the process, so be it. But a global currency only serves those who want global domination. I want no global domination. I want my family's freedom and protection. And the bes way to do that, is throw down any idea of globalization and make our current dollar stronger. Make us even more individual. The rest of the world wants to throw freedom away, just so they dont have to work. The French are getting mad because it is being proposed in many companies to work 40 Hrs to up production. France is the perfect model of what NOT to do, as is China. Look at their economies... worse than our own. Do we REALLY want to listen to them?

Fair and EQUAL tax. Get rid of the tax code.

In terms of the economy, all we need the government to do is create and monitor currency, enact and uphold property and copyright laws (and other "ownership" laws. Get rid of ANY government caps on wages, trade, etc.

Keep the federal government OUT of morality issues. Let the people decide, period. No judge should be able to overturn what the people have all ready decided.

STOP ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.

Stronger military and police force (but enable the PEOPLE to make sure the police and military powers are not abused)

STOP ILLEGAL DRUGS. Invest in anti-drug education and campaigns, as well as stronger punishments regarding illegal drugs. Too many lives have been ruined... enough is enough. Drugs are RAMPANT. Mexico wouldnt have the drug cartel violence... if they had nobody to sell drugs to, would they?
