I can't find info about a free NRA membership. I'd like to join, but the budget's a little tight right now... free would be good until the crunch eases some.

I noticed the same thing - no trash left behind. No litter, no discarded signs, no trampled landscaping.... the only thing the city sanitation crews had to do was empty the garbage cans.
