The misperception seemed to be that she needed to be kept away from his licentiousness. I submit that, should the young lady be anything like her mom, it would be the geezer who'd need the protection.

How often I have questioned that term 'clash of civilizations.' By definition it would appear to presuppose two equally civilized sides to a confrontation. In this case -- and most like it -- there is but one. Only a fool or a leftist would argue otherwise.
