That Ferrari was crushed like an aluminum can. I'm not a physics expert or a forensics expert, or even a traffic saftey expert of any sort, but I'm just gonna go with the obvious here - this being a brutal crash; much more so for the Ferrari, which is both low to the ground and not carrying nearly as much reinforced steel as the Ford. I wholeheartedly agree that it was a tragic accident that likely could have been avoided. I just think that unless you're a trained investigator that the pictures speak quite clearly as to the severity of the impact and there's no need to guess what else might have killed the young man.
