There is no "right to privacy" in the constitution. The word privacy is not used in the constitution at all so it cannot be a right guaranteed by the constitution. The constitution only says we have a right to be free of "unreasonable searches and seizure". If the government can fondle my gonads as part of a "reasonable search" at an airport it is certainly "reasonable" to require candidates for president to release all information the establishes their eligibility to be president. It's a security concern recognized by the founders. And more so to require a lot of additional information so as to allow the voting public to make an informed choice. Congress has the right and responsibility to regulate this issue.
BTW: I fully support a constitutional amendment to guarantee the right to privacy. But I can read and it is not currently in the constitution.
I always suspected liberals couldn't understand the constitution. Now they finally admit it. Maybe if they didn't spend all their time learning politically correct vocabulary they could understand plain english.
I would love to see you, Al, explain your statements and role in tawana brawley, or the duke lacross players, etc.... Let's be fair about these hearings Al. You need to explain why you always show up defending people of one color, but never people of the other color. Is that some kind of coincidence? I think maybe you're a bigot and a racist. I think your track record will show that you disproportionally choose a side based soley on the race of those involved. I think we need an affirmative action program for you so your statistical choice of side is more multicultural, balanced, and reflects the cultural balance of the community.
So basically it's a laptop that can only do everything I already do just in my browser. All the other things my computer does outside the browser is impossible on this. It looks like a poorly designed smart phone. I'm not impressed.
People are dumb. A cell phone requires a CELL TOWER. Did all the cell towers and cell network travel back in time with her! And no one noticed?
The law is easily defeated. It precludes a 'free' toy. Would you like to buy a toy for a penny with that happy meal? End of issue.
No matter how you measure the government policies of the last 40-50 years they are more liberal and socialist than ever before. The government controls more of the economy, the government is bigger, the government has extended itself into more aspects of everything. So what he is essentially saying is that the implementation of more liberal and socialist policies over the last 40-50 years has made things worse.
