No, Fascism is definitely the government STRICTLY controlling corporations. Sorry-- I didn't make up the rules for defining economic systems, and you don't get to, either.

BTW, who "counts" your votes is up to YOUR county. We use old-fashioned page scanners, late- '50s technology the old multiple-choice tests were based upon, too stupid to "rig", and with both a computer count of votes AND a hard copy of the ballot. Diebold doesn't make those.

He is correct. The only difference between Fascists and Communists is that Fascists allow private business to operate under STRICT government control. Sound familiar? The totalitarian part is a result of the rules put in place to support the basic idiology. It adds up to the same result.

"What says the White House?" is OK. Not great, but this is a conversational board, not a dissertation.

BTW, HiredMind is right... if you're going to correct someone's Old English spelling/grammar, at least SPELL it right. "Saith". Otherwise, don't make an anal idiot of yourself.

Which is exactly why they do it. As long as they keep repeating the same old, same old over and over and over, there are people out there who believe them. Have you ever noticed how few Black people know that the Civil Right Act and the Voting Rights Act were both Republican bills?

Talk about a waste of time... Pelosi's district is San Francisco, the nuttiest district in the nuttiest state in the Union. NO successful politician from there is going to be somehow "better" than Queen Kook.
