What does his race have to do with it?

I would guess that he was. I would also guess that the cruisers don't have any side curtain airbags so he could have hit his head on just about anything (besides maybe the steering wheel).

Yes, and that is because they are typically better drivers than the average driver.

Good at what? Shooting paper targets straight down your lane at 7 yards? I bet that paper silhouette target really starts quaking when you point your .460 S&W at him...he's probably afraid of getting burnt by the muzzle flash.

This is a bad precedent to set. This gun did not jump up and kill the poor woman. Demetry Smirnov killed her.

more parents need to get more involved for sure...but they won't just magically get involved if the schools that have "replaced" them are cut back to online instruction...Parents need to act first to allow the school to make a shift like that. The tail can't wag the dog.

Couldn't disagree more. There are very few kids who would benefit from not learning the social skills that organized education (public or private) provides...there are even fewer parents that would make adequate home-school teachers.

In the case of the car...no. The police would not pay for that, but insurance would. On the other hand if the police destroyed the car (i.e. broke windows, and filled it with tear gas) getting the suspect out of it, and insurance wouldn't pay for it, then yes, they should cover the cost of the car.

Actually, it's about 19 cents per gallon of gasoline, or 25.4 cents per gallon of diesel...regardless of the initial cost of the gallon of fuel. It's not a percentage.

Dear God, protect us all from ignorance.
