I came over to Big Government this morning hoping it wasn't true. Hoping Breitbart was pulling some stunt for some reason. I loved AB. He did more in his 43 years than most of us manage in a lifetime. I don't know him in any way, personally, but I miss him.

This is a brilliant essay.
This should define the entire 2012 election.

I pretty much watch Fox News, The Food Network and Monday Night Football on espn, also some lifetime movies. That's it. I watch almost no network tv, even.
How do I get that without cable?

This is so true. We watch maybe five or at most ten channels. The rest are just there, being paid for.
And there is no choice either all or nothing.

I'll add here that, though we all can remember Whitney at her peak. That amazing voice, and so beautiful, that electric, sweet smile...the truth is, she was 'over' for a long time. The same for Michael Jackson. yes there is mourning but it's for long ago, before they descended into irrelevance. Now that the reportedly near bankrupt Houston is gone, people can start really cashing in on her image, really getting rich like they did with Jackson and Elvis

I'm sure they were all mourning Whitney by getting high. And if they were lucky, helping young singers get high for the first time. how else would they grieve?

Maybe if the government would quit hanging ridiculous regulations on insurance companies like free birth control, insurance companies could cover your cancer or brain tumor for a little less than $1000 a month in premiums.

But--but--but just think of all the lives that have been lost in deadly frisbee accidents. California had to say, STOP THE MADNESS!!!!

I just want to know how these people are living. Who can just go CAMP somewhere for months? Where is their money coming from? It had better not be coming, not one cent, from the government and my tax dollars.
The reason this kind of thing ends quickly is because people have JOBS, they need to WORK. and yet somehow, these folks don't seem to have jobs and don't need to work. So where is the money coming from? Their parents? George Soros? The Democratic Party? Unions? WHERE????
