Orbit, I suggest you stay away u' re 3G from iOS 4. 3.1.3 is the best for 3G. Beleive me!

Hello Everyone who Has 3G and 3GS

I've heard that the first comming iOS 4.x brought GPS problems on 3G and 3GS.
I've tried upgrading my 3G, BB 05.15.04 iOS 4.2.1 to 06.15 , than donwgrading to 05.13.
Now, I got 3.1.3 with BB 05.13 after downgrading from 05.13. The main issue is still happened
I assume it caused by BB 05.13 is belong to iOS 4.x.

Any ide how to dowgrading BB 05.13 to 05.12, with bootloader 5.9 ?

I am going to try downgrading to 3.1.3 with 05.13. I think 4.2.1 drain my battery fast

Serial #: xx836xxxxxx
Baseband: 05.15.04 -----> Upgrading to 06.15.00 due to curious how downgrading is working
iOS: 4.2.1 (8C148) ( lack of GPS accuracy )
BootROM: 5.9
Downgrade: SUCCESS, but still get problem on GPS accuracy. I don't know what happened with my stuff

I've done it. GPS is working but accuracy still bad, even I was on my way home or outside the building and my signal is 3G

I have unofficial unlocked 3G. 4.2.1 have GPS bad accuracy on 05.15.04.
Tried upgrading to iPad FW than downgrading to 05.13., but no Luck. GPS working with bad accuracy, even my position is outside the building. It seems the processes ruins the device.

Yes, It works.

But GPS accuracy is bad. I've trried use the maps while driving back home, the dot is not running and I can not figured out the right position.

Do you have same problem about the GPS accuracy ?

3GS bad experience, yes I heard that so. Some friends of mine have same problem upgrading their 3GS to 06.15.00.
So what about 3G, does it has same problem ?
