Approximately 20% of the world's marriages are between first cousins. That is, well, common.Parts of the ME are way behind 100 years. Some are modern. When I was in Morocco, I saw normal families all the time. Even in the villages. What a load of drivel! We had had to go through the same "hundred layers of bureaucracy" and we are white, well-educated Western Europeans. So what. That is the one of the costs of coming here. Everyone who comes here goes through it, unless of course, you illegal cross a border. No one gives us trouble. They are curious about where we are from. We are careful to speak English in public. It's called, respect for our new country. These Hispanic immigrants seem to really think they have it pretty rough here. In the past, if a boat of Irish came, and it was thought they had tuberculosis, they were quietly dispatched and buried in a mass grave. Chinese, they couldn't even live or be buried in the same city or cemetery as whites. Orphaned children from Italian, Irish, and other immigrants roamed the streets of New York after parents died from the dangerous working conditions. Did anyone care? No. Things are better now for immigrants than ever before, even the illegal type.

Good. They know what they did. They can argue that "a few" Armenians were killed all they want. It was a planned and executed annihilation of the Armenians living in Ottoman Turkey as Ottoman citizens. THey can argue that because some Armenians in the east were getting itchy for a fight and siding with Russia, that they brought it on themselves, but it did not justify the slaughter as it played out. Nope. They intentionally deflate and shift blame. It was what it was - genocide. We did it to the Indians, and we had to admit it. How did you know??? Seriously, you're sick. My point was, don't judge unless you know all or at least most of the details. I personally think he wanted her out of the way to rid himself of any guilt or even to upset her parents. That said, it may have been for Terry's benefit. We don't know if she wanted to remain in that state or not. We'll never know. However, if you are a believer, then you know she could not go to Heaven until her body had released her soul and she was set free. Otherwise, she was trapped here, unable to live and unable to give on. That is Hell if I ever was able to define it.

Gay Marriage is not allowed, remember? That said, she didn't starve to death, she perished from dehydration. It only takes a few days. My grandmother starved to death and I ordered it. Why you ask? Because she had end stage Alzheimer's and it was written in her Living Will to not go to extreme measures to keep her alive. They asked to install a feeding tube and I declined. We would offer her food all the time, but she always said she had just eaten and wasn't hungry. She had no idea who she was or who we were. She would forget she could no longer walk and get out of her wheelchair and fall and break her hip and wrists several times. They never healed right because she wouldn't allow a cast, or she'd take it off and complain of pain she didn't know where it came from. This person who taught me so much was now more helpless and stubborn than a small child, but bigger and stronger. It is easy for you to judge when you have never seem someone slowly fade away and all that is left of the person you loved is a wasted husk.

If somebody asked me to prove that I was born here, I wouldn't show them my birth certificate either. I voted for McCain and he for sure wasn't born in the USA.
