About the 20% code Anthro offered after the "oops we goofed..." Does anyone know when the expiration was? Since there was no expiration at the bottom, I thought it'd be good for at least a few months. But I just tried using it and it said it was expired. :(

Odille was the original "brand" of the red/white stripe dress, correct? I remember really loving that dress (this is when I first started getting into Anthro) but the fit was really bad on me and the top was too stiff. From the pictures, it looks like they've done away with the boning inside the dress. Does it look that way to anyone else? And the label is now Maeve. I'm tempted.

Agreed 110%. IMO, Anthro tries to go after the same customer as the Nordstrom shopper (I've noticed their stores area oftentimes closer to or next to Nordstrom stores) and while they have some similar polices, like their "no expiration return", they have a lot to learn. For starters, FREE SHIPPING (free returns would be awesome too, but baby steps here!). Secondly, I think Nordstrom gives their live chat people quite a bit of "power" to be able to handle CS issues. It's amazing how efficient easy their live chat system is. I've never had a single bad experience with them, or their CS phone agents - really a breath of fresh air in the retail world. Perhaps Anthro needs to invest some $ in better training.

Ask to speak to the manager. I did a charge send last Tuesday, to be told it would ship Wed. Then I called on Friday, it still hadn't shipped, and SA got manager approval to overnight it to me. Even though it didn't get here by the weekend like I had hoped (it arrived today), I'm glad they at least expedited shipping.

I've noticed the same - when I have had a receipt but they still put "no receipt." I haven't questioned it, but I'm wondering if that does set off a trigger. Jen, that is really unfortunate; pretty sure if the person IS an anthro employee they would be fired if corporate is able to find out who it is. Even if you were black listed, I'd think they'd inform you in a professional way - how embarrassing and mortifying. :( I stopped using my yellow card months ago. I had a return to make, and having the card ended up taking 15 extra minutes because the SA insisted on going through my purchase history while I was standing at the register even though I had the receipt. She even made a few comments that I didn't appreciate, so that was that. I'll purchase, but never do I fork over the anthro card unless there truly is a perk associated.

Totally. I love their "live chat" customer service option. All the people helping you are so courteous and most of all, COMPETENT. I just think that they hire very very well and give those people ability to do things for the customer that most would have to get approved by a manager or tell you it's a "one time exception.". :) Nordy's does have my loyalty for life.
