Yep, the folks at the top never get the cuts. It's always the lower paid workers at 30k or so per year.
They have different levels of benefits too .Yes we have the the "grunts" in gov jobs too. They always pull where the hair is short. Ask me how I know?

I'd like to see a boycott on the states that don't enforce the laws.

70% of Americans support Arizona's immigration law.
I guess they are all racists and Nazi members. No wonder Obama wants immigration off the agenda.
