Okay, Tanya, so now, in all the raging debates on everything in this country, if there is to be an "American"position, shouldn't it be the one that 70% of "Americans" take ? You clowns are the ones who keep wanting to tell us we are a "democracy"...doesn't that require "majority rule" ?

I actually heard the President recently utter the phrase "of the people, by the people, for the people". This, from the man who has used the people as a perfect reverse barometer since he took office ! Any more arrogance, chutzpah, and condescension out of these plutocrats, and they will just be struck by lightning soon.

Okay, so all that money we spent on the 911 Commission, in all those months of investigation to look into all of this, didn't "discover" that Bush just "let it happen" ? I must have missed the trial for treason, and the execution of GW and Cheney...why didn't someone wake me up !

I think we need a "moment of silence" for all the reasonable people living in districts where they are "represented" by this kind of assclown. Pray that they all get out and VOTE for CHANGE !

Not sure it says anything about "Americans". I think it says that humans are not perfect, and therefore "utopia" is unattainable. As a matter of fact, jimmy, I believe that is exactly the message that those of you who want to establish some kind of "heaven on earth" through the "redistribution of wealth" etc. continue to miss.

nah, "the idiots will always be with us"...what I REALLY wonder is how there can still be 3 or 4% who HAVE NO OPINION !!!???

and yet, somehow, jimmy, you are still alive...how did that happen?

Believe it or not, km, he is actually trying to change our minds on the basis of our Christianity...maybe he's been watching Glenn, and was REALLY impressed by the idea of that "social justice" gospel stuff !
Of course, he missed the whole point about it being, like the race card, completely played out.

All the old tricks won't work any more, and the desperation is showing. Hard to mount a defense when you're still in the old playbook, because "it has always worked before."

No, thank YOU...at some point, we will have to get past all this polarization that BOTH sides are guilty of, and begin to rebuild America together !

Not exactly "free" slave labor...They fed, clothed, and housed the slaves, and provided them with the things they needed to keep working effectively. The only difference is that now you progressives want to supply all those things on new "plantations", without expecting any "work" in return...and the "slaves" are the people providing the support !

Well, yes, that I get...but does this mean that the "collective" is breaking down into a whole buch of little anthills, in the face of resistance? "Multiple collectives" will be much easier to deal with...or we can just let them fight among themselves for our personal entertainment ! Can't we?
