It appears that Boulder Green Streets this is yet another is yet another outfit funded by our fair city to change our behavior. Once again, your tax dollars hard at work.

How many low income people do you know that can afford $30 per hour for counseling from a grad student?

This is nonsense, but if it makes a few grad students feel good about their overpriced education, more power to them. Just don't rip off the most vulnerable in our community.
