It's an orientation. And you've obviously never known a g.a.y. person if you think it's a choice. Bi-sexuality perhaps is a choice but not homosexuality. Did you choose to be straight? Or were you just born straight?

How could they be fighting for the equality of other g.ay men if they are for denying gay's the right to marry? Oh, I know, it's completely an issue of money. You don't think that if two g.ay males are partnered for a lifetime they don't deserve to have all the same legal priviledges of a married couple?

Yeah as g.ay men to fight against the equality of other g.ays would make them open for ridicule by the g.ay community. Would you rather I replace "their own kind" with "Other g.ays" or do you want to have a semantic argument about it?

Well maybe because Penn has been on the ground in Haiti for months helping out and Wyclef has barely shown up and when he has he's got an entourage in tow and done little to actually help. I think what Penn is saying is that Haiti doesnt need Wyclef. They need a real leader.
