VFTB : Game 35: So This Is What A Win Feels Like

I don’t agree that Ramirez is not trying. When you’re struggling, it’s a tough game to play. I never doubt a guy is trying at the plate. I just comment on the results.

Doc, I like the graph because it shows how game changing various key plays were in the game as well as the general flow.

Tried the blue buttons. Don't like em because they're not a dark blue. If I was able to customize the shade I would. As a result, boil that blood my friend.

Mark, I've got to disagree as well. You tend to go a little too overboard with the hatred when a player is struggling.

Just a heads up. The word in your title should be spelled MEANT, not Ment.

VFTB : In the News: Is Andrew Cashner our set-up guy?

Cashner is not going to be a starter. He hasn't show the endurance or the pitch count control to go deep in games. If that doesn't improve, he has to be a member of the late inning crew. That seems like better option for him, in my opinion.

I like Smoltz, but wasting time bringing a 43 year old closer who could break down any moment is what teams that don't win championships do. To not give a guy like Cashner a shot and instead go with Smoltz would be a waste of talent in the system.

3 Favorites: 1. The possibility for Xavier Nady to completely replace Soriano in LF 2. Potential for Soto to return to glory after losing weight 3. Potential for Starlin Castro to be a star 3 cringes 1. Soriano not testing his knee all off-season 2. The idea of Castro starting on opening day. Give him time 3. Lilly being hurt to start the season.
