Why is that relevant? Unless you have information about it, why would you mention it? Many famous people have lawsuits filed against them. Some settle them just to get beyond it. Unless you know the facts, why bring it up? The Duke lacrosse case should be a wake up call to rushing to judgment.

I'm with you. That's why conservative and nonpartisan news outlets are doing so well. We have nothing else to read or watch! I wouldn't even give my sons money to go see Avatar. I just couldn't bring myself to pay $40 for them to be brainwashed with drivel. I just wish the news that I do watch would stop showing clips of Jon Stewart, the View, Letterman, Oprah and other garbage. This just gives them more power and ratings.

While I had lovely teachers when I was in school, my parents taught me most of what I needed to know. Now that I have four children of my own, I can tell you that most of their teachers are phoning it in. It is interesting that you implicitly disparage community college teachers. Are you an elitist?
