I get why the document is so large. But considering Mayor Tomlinson's admonishment that residents must "stick to the applicable criteria of the case", I was hoping we'd be able to find something that gave us some clarity. However, in reading the correspondence between Mr. Martin and the various city staff, it seems that there might possibly be errors in the code itself -- in which case, how is the average resident supposed to determine what the applicable criteria is? Frustrating! Monday night will be interesting.
Thanks, Andrea! Great idea, too, I'll try to write something up this weekend.
Oh my, that sounds good, too. Do you have a favorite recipe?
